EPT ANNOUNCE FIRST EVENT

17/18 June 2006 will be the date of the first ever EPT event. It will be held at Rileys Stretford, Manchester. "We have been working non-stop over the past few months to get the EPT up and running, and after much anticipation from all the players, I am very pleased to finally announce the first event. From the feedback we have had already, we are expecting big numbers for this first event, mostly because the prize money is GUARANTEED and that's what players want." said Daryl Peach, the EPT founder. He went on to say "This is just the first in a long line of EPT events, and the future holds big things for the EPT and all its players"


$1,000 IPT Qualifier Spot "Bonus Prize"

The highest placed non-IPT player (International Pool Tour) at this Manchester event will receive a FREE entry worth $1,000 into a qualifier for the IPT WORLD OPEN.

The finals venue for this event is the RENO HILTON, Reno, Nevada, USA with a staggering prize fund of $3,000,000 on offer!!


Sunday Flyer

There will also be a Sunday Flyer with great cash prizes for all the players who don't make it to the finals of the main event.

There will loads of Predator products given away including a $600 cue with 314 shaft!!

Travel

The nearest train station is Manchester Picadilly, from there you can use the Metro link to get directly to Stretford. You need to board trams heading for Altrincham, journey time on Metrolink is 10 minutes approx.

The nearest airport is Manchester International airport (Airport to venue only 5 Miles).

By road exit the M60 junction 7 head towards Manchester, club is only 0.4 miles from the junction exit.

Format

Saturday will be played down to 16 players

Sunday 16 players to a finish.

Both days are American 8-Ball, straight knock-out, race to 10 racks, with alternate break.


Registration

Saturday 9:30am till 10:30am.


Draw

The "open draw" will be made at 10:40am, after registration.

Start of play : 11am prompt.


Rankings

Ranking points will be awarded see ranking points for details.


Entry fee

75 in advance.

90 on the day.


How to enter

There are 4 possible options in which to enter our next event.

(1) The easiest way is to pay by credit card/paypal through our secure payment system.

Simply click the "BUY NOW" button below, you can choose to pay through your paypal account, or by credit card if you dont have a paypal account. Once you have chosen which method to use, simply follow the online instructions.

(2) Pay by cheque or postal order (UK only). Make these payable to Empire Pool Tour and send to:
