2006 All Ireland Double Championships:

All players are reminded that the 2006 All Ireland Doubles Championships will be taking place on Saturday 6th May in TJ's American Pool Club Newry who are the main sponsors of the event.

The current holders are Paul Bonner (Donegal) & Damien Corrigan (Tyrone)

IRISH JUNIOR MASTERS:----(Under-18)
Entries are also being taken for the first ever Irish Junior Masters which takes place on Saturday 22nd April in Enniskillen.

Pat,

Paul Bonner & Damien Corrigan beat Paul Strawbridge & Chris Brown in the final which them retain there title.

Paul & Damien also beat Tam Talent & Billy Edmond (Scotland) in the semi-finals....report, results, & photos will up shortly on www.irelands9balltour.

Diesel and Paul Strawbridge made the final Pat but im not sure how they went or who they met in the final. I wasnt there so got that info from Stephen Johnstone who got beat in semi's. 400 to winners and 200 to runners up. Pretty damn good pay out. 20 pairs entered.

I was gonna play with Sam but he wasn't in the mood. I'd asked Bear to play and ring me to confirm and he never got back to mesmiling smiley Turned out there was a lot of social events in the area on Saturday so i took advantage of them and got boozed up anyway.

You coming down for the 8-Ball tournament on 3rd June??
